Drink this all day. Do NOT drink plain water only — it dilutes your electrolytes and makes things worse. This water keeps you alive and safe while your body heals.

The Rules

  • Drink electrolyte water all day
  • Eat clean protein + vegetables every 2–3 days
  • Black coffee (no sugar, no cream)

  • Soft drinks, juice, milk, alcohol
  • Smoke, vape, or inhale anything that kills cells
  • Cheap cooking oil, margarine, lard
  • Panic when headaches or rashes come — it's detox
  • Eat on a schedule or out of habit/boredom

When my body tells me it is time to eat — and you learn to listen — I eat one meal. Clean food that my body can actually use as building material, not just empty calories to burn and store.
